ABOUT ME
I'm a seasoned regulatory compliance professional with experience in operations, collections, and fraud oversight. In addition, I have experience providing compliance and operational risk oversight within the Scrum, Kanban, Large Solution and SAFe Agile methodologies.
I pride myself in working with the Agile teams to mitigate risks early in the development process so that sprint releases are not delayed.
In addition, I have many years of management experience of exempt and non-exempt call center staff as well as owning multi cross-functional processes such as collections, fraud, replevin, SCRA, deceased, repossession in both secured and unsecured installment loans, revolving, both pre and post charge off.
